What do you have to do in case of damage in transit?

  • check the goods when arrive
  • in case of obvious damage sign for receipt with reservation
  • if you send the goods back without assessment of the common carrier, your claim for indemnity will be forfeited
  • mention the damages on the proof of delivery
  • unpack the goods within 24 hours and control them of damages
  • keep damaged goods unchanged and keep the packing
  • don´t use damaged goods
  • immediate notification of loss to the supplier
  • notification loss which will arrive at the supplier after more than 24 hours cannot be considered

Return of the damaged goods

  • the supplier will instruct a carrier
  • carrier arranges the day of return and the date
  • return by carrier
  • after checking the goods and finding out the lack the supplier will send respective substitute without charges.

Package

  • for returns please use only the original packing, because only it will provide sufficient protection against transport damages. For damages, which will arise because of insufficient packing, we cannot assume liability. By insufficient packing we reserve to charge the cost for a proper packing

Repair

Charged repair/ unauthorized complaint

repairs beyond the time of guarantee are basically charged; in case of unauthorized complaint (no fault to find, incorrect using, operating error etc.) we will charge the cost which will accrue;

Final clauses

The supplier reserves the right to change or to add the general terms of service anytime; apart from that the latest version of General terms and condition apply
